Join Chef Gabriel Balderas and a special guest producer from Oaxaca, Mexico for a LIVE discussion and workshop on the origins of vanilla as it pertains to Oaxaca.

Guests will be treated to amuse bouche, a cocktail and will even be gifted fresh vanilla from Mexico while Gabriel and a multi-generational vanilla farmer from Mexico talk about vanilla, its history and the types of vanilla grown and found native to Oaxaca.

Tickets are $30 and only 30 guests will be admitted to this experience.
