**TICKET SALES FOR THIS EVENT HAVE ENDED**

Louisiana’s “slowest” food, the crawfish, will be celebrated at the 2023 Slow Food Crawfish Boil Sunday, April 16 from 3-6 pm. As usual, our crawfish chefs will add the expected accompaniments to the pot (sausage, corn, potatoes), but expect to be surprised at what else they may come up with that tastes great cooked in that crawdad juice!

Great Raft Brewing is our official beer sponsor providing an assortment from their beer portfolio, and there will be nonalcoholic beverages too. Feel free to BYOB. Must be 21 to consume alcoholic beverages at this event.
