Slow Food member and phenom vegan chef Libby Smith will be teaching a vegan cooking demo featuring three seasonal dishes on August 10 from 6:30-8:30. The event is at Accents Personal Chef Service, 729 Jordan St, Shreveport.
Ticket includes the demonstration and small plate of each dish. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available. You may BYO beer and wine. You must be 21 to consume alcohol at the event.
Tickets are $25 General Admission, $20 current Slow Food members (discount code emailed to address on file). Ticket sales are in advance only and end August 8; there will be no sales at the door.
